Job Description
A highly respected, Chartered Surveying consultancy in London are seeking an intelligent Assistant Building Surveyor who is committed to becoming MRICS.
The Assistant Building Surveyor’s role
The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will join a Surveying team of 30+ Surveyors who work across an impressive portfolio of residential based projects, and your role will be to support the Senior and Associate Building Surveyors.
Example of works that the Assistant Building Surveyor will be involved in will include:
* Contract Administration
* Preparing minutes
* Carry out surveys and inspections
* Preparing reports
The Assistant Building Surveyor
* Completed a Building Surveying degree
* Minimum of 12 months UK Building Surveying experience
* Any contract administration experience would be a plus
* Committed to completing the APC
