My client, a boutique chartered surveying practice based near Liverpool Street Station in London, is looking for an experienced Building Surveyor to join their growing team of six.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive Building Surveyor to make a tangible impact in a supportive environment, with a clear progression route towards directorship.
The Role
As a Building Surveyor, you will oversee a varied client portfolio, including education, retail, commercial, and office projects, for local authorities and offshore developers. You'll deliver both professional and project services, leveraging your expertise to exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering a range of professional and project services.
Collaborating with an experienced and approachable team.
Playing an active role in practice development, with opportunities to progress into leadership.
The Ideal Candidate
MRICS qualified.
Holds a RICS-accredited degree.
Consultancy or private practice background.
Proven experience across professional and project-based instructions.
Ambitious and proactive, thriving in a smaller team setting.
What's on Offer
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
