Building Surveyor - Cardiff - Up to £50k
I'm thrilled to be partnering with an award-winning consultancy who have a brilliant opportunity for a dynamic Building Surveyor to join their newly formed Cardiff office!
There is plenty of work lined up across a range of sectors, with the majority of clients and projects conveniently based in the local area. Their diverse portfolio includes education, industrial, healthcare, courts, universities, rail, and large residential schemes.
It's the perfect time to join as the Cardiff office is on an exciting trajectory of growth so you’ll become an integral part of their expansion plans, with the opportunity for rapid career progression.
As part of the wider Building Consultancy division, you will be working closely with the Bristol team, so there is the option of a hybrid role between the two offices.
The ideal person will be driven and self-sufficient, with a project bias skillset and ideally Chartered or working towards this.
