Building Surveyor- London
I am searching for a motivated Building Surveyors to join a growing consultancy. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across multiple sectors in a flexible and supportive environment where your success is recognised and rewarded.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct building surveys and produce detailed client reports.
Provide advice on dilapidations and prepare related reports.
Inspect and draft Schedules of Condition.
Act as Contract Administrator for construction projects.
Prepare designs, costings, programmes, and specifications.
Handle party wall matters and support tender processes.Requirements:
Relevant degree or equivalent experience in construction or surveying.
Strong communication and IT skills.
Full driving license and access to a vehicle.Benefits:
£40k to £50k DOE.
