Job Description
Our client, a leading consultancy in the buildings and rail sector, is currently seeking two experienced Building Surveyors to join their team in Gloucestershire on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct building surveys, inspections, and reports within a hospital setting.
Interface effectively with MEP teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Manage refurbishment, maintenance, and compliance-related works.
Ensure projects adhere to healthcare regulations and building standards.
Provide technical advice and support to stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience in hospital projects (essential).
Strong understanding of MEP coordination.
Knowledge of building regulations and compliance within healthcare settings.
Chartered status (MRICS) desirable but not essential.
