Building Services Manager
Location - North West - West Midlands, Manchester, Scotland
Long term temp (18 months)

An award-winning Tier One Main Contractor has tasked me with finding someone to expand their current team around the West Yorkshire region. They will be looking for a candidate that has experience as a Building Services Manager delivering Commercial projects with a M&E value of around £10M. The project is a Design and Build contract and requires a wealth of knowledge in the pre-construction stages of a projects and be able to oversee all M&E services installation to CAT B fit-out status.
Main Responsibilities and duties:
Advise on any engineering queries, offering solutions on site
Management of on-site sub-contractors and direct labour
Monitoring work against programme
Attending and chairing meetings to review the projects
Ensure risk assessments and method statements are correct and up to date
Managing client training and defect clearances process
Advise teams when applicable
