Building Physics Consultant - Birmingham £40,000 - £47,000 CTJ30 Are you passionate about building performance and sustainability? We are looking for a talented Building Physics Consultant to join our clients growing team in Birmingham. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects, with a primary focus on building performance analysis and the use of Integrated Environmental Solutions (IES) software. Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed building performance analysis to enhance thermal comfort, energy efficiency, and sustainability. Utilize IES software to model building physics and assess environmental impacts, ensuring optimal building performance. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to provide expert advice and innovative solutions. Contribute to the development of sustainable design strategies that meet environmental standards and regulations. Support project teams in achieving high-performance building certifications and energy efficiency targets.Ideal Candidate: Degree in Building Physics, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. Experience with IES software and a strong understanding of building performance modelling. Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with stakeholders. A passion for sustainability and a desire to contribute to innovative building solutions.What We Offer: Competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £47,000, depending on experience.
