Contract Manager – Sutton
£60,000 + £5,000 Travel Allowance
Monday – Friday
Technical Background Required
Managing a Team of 2 Onsite
We’re looking for an experienced Contract Manager to oversee operations at a key site in Epsom. This role requires a strong technical background to manage maintenance and compliance while leading a small but skilled team.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth contract delivery
Lead a team of two onsite professionals
Manage budgets, compliance, and client relationships
Ensure high standards of safety and service
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a Contract Manager role
A solid technical background (mechanical/electrical preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
