Job Description
An Architectural Practice with an established reputation are seeking a competent Building Control Professional, to join their BSA Principal Design service. This will provide a diverse range of projects with their most prestigious clients. Their department for this is already established and you will be a vital player in helping this grow further, which will provide great career opportunities.
The Building Control Consultant Role
You will be responsible for consulting with clients on Building Regulation and BSA matters whilst receiving support from a Building Regulation Principal Designer and other Building Control professionals.
The Successful Building Control Consultant Will Have:
2+ years within Building Control (required)
Knowledge of the Building Safety Act 2022 (required)
Member of a professional organisation: MCABE / MCIOB / CBuildE / MRICS / RIBA / MCIAT (required)In Return, You Will Enjoy:
