Salary: £32,000 - £37,000
A specialist sustainability consultancy based in West London is seeking a BREEAM Consultant to join the team on a range of property and development projects. You'll be provided with the opportunity to deliver and expand on BREEAM services and develop BREEAM strategies amongst a team of specialists - providing assessments and advice to clients.
This BREEAM Consultant role offers:

Clear progression and professional development within the company.The BREEAM Consultant selected will be carrying out life cycle assessments, environmental assessments and assisting with BREEAM Assessments - providing expert advice to clients. You'll be assisting with the modelling of domestic and non domestic buildings, and contributing to the improvement of existing energy strategies.
As a result, to be considered for the BREEAM Assessor role you must therefore:
Be an BREEAM Accredited Professional/Assessor
Be comfortable using IES-VE and OneClickLCA software.
Have a degree in the sustainability/building services industry.
