Bodyshop Prepper  Location: Paddock Wood Salary: £16 per hour (£37,542 per annum based on 45 hours working week) Hours: Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm Type of Employment: 6 Month to Permanent  We are looking for a Bodyshop Prepper to join our client’s fantastic dealership in Paddock Wood. Company benefits (permanent employees): •    Company Pension Scheme •    An Employee Assistance Programme •    Enhanced maternity, paternity, and adoption leave •    Access to trained mental health first aiders Bodyshop Prepper role: •    You will be working as a part of an experienced bodyshop team, ensuring the vehicles are finished to the highest standard •    Preparing vehicles for paint by masking, priming, sanding, and cleaning panels •    Carry out polishing of newly painted panels, ensuring all dirt inclusions are removed and the overall finish matches the original factory finish •    Removing scratches and correcting minor paint defects •    Ability to complete all substantial filler work •    Supporting other areas of the workshop where needed Bodyshop Prepper requirements: •    Previous experience in a similar role in a Bodyshop •    Full UK Driving Licence held for a minimum of 2 years •    Great customer service skills •    Attention to the details •    Ability to work independently as well as a part of the team Consultant – Jordan O’Connor - Octane Recruitment INDTC Octane Recruitment are a leading Recruitment agency specialising in Automotive, Motor trade, Engineering, OEM and various related industries.
