Working for an Automotive Accident Repair Centre, the successful Bodyshop Controller will be responsible for looking after the day to day control of the bodyshop productives.
Our Client is offering the successful Bodyshop Controller On Target Earnings of £34,000.
The hours of work for this Bodyshop Controller role are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (No weekend work).
Bodyshop Controller Person Specification
Have experience as a Bodyshop Controller within an Accident Repair Centre
Have a strong knowledge of the workings of an Automotive Bodyshop
Leadership Qualities and Supervisory Skills
An up-to-date technical knowledge and skills
Strong Communication skills with the ability to understand customer expectationsThe responsibilities of this Bodyshop Controller role are
Liaise with Centre Manager and productive team to ensure best process.
Ensure customer requirements are fully understood and communicated in an effective manner to other members of the team.
Monitor individual and workshop efficiencies to ensure key performance indicators are met.
To calculate and manage the effective use of the bodyshop.
Plan the distribution of work among the team utilising available skills mix.
Monitor the quality of work carried out on accident damaged vehicles and ensure work is carried out to a high standard.
