About the Role
As a Block Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing your own portfolio of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and run efficiently. You will be the main point of contact for residents, contractors, and clients, delivering outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills at every step.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a similar role within property management.
Impeccable written and spoken English - communication is key!
A strong commitment to exceptional service and attention to detail.
A proactive approach to solving problems quickly and efficiently.
Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.Profile
Key Responsibilities
Manage client queries and day-to-day issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
Conduct regular site inspections and oversee contractors' work.
Assist in preparing and issuing service charge budgets.
Liaise with internal accounts to ensure smooth financial operations.
Assist with Section 20 works and compliance matters.
Attend residents' meetings and AGMs, ensuring all parties are heard.
Maintain proficiency in Health & Safety standards.Job Offer
