Building Services BIM Manager - Permanent Role Location: St Albans Flexible Working: Up to 2 days remote working per week Why Join This Team? Key Responsibilities: ·Lead a team of six Revit MEP technicians, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work. ·Implement and maintain ISO 19650 standards across all projects to BIM Stage 2 level. ·Develop company-specific Revit templates and libraries. ·Oversee internal and external clash detection processes. ·Negotiate and manage software licenses and related training. ·Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to meet project objectives. ·Ensure compliance with Employer's Information Requirements and BIM Execution Plans. ·Conduct research to stay ahead of BIM advancements and industry standards. What They're Looking For: ·A minimum of 5 years of experience with Revit MEP and COBie data implementation. ·Proven expertise in ISO 19650 standards and obtaining BIM certifications. ·Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage resources and identify training needs. ·Local to St Albans with a valid UK driver's license and access to personal transport. ·A technical qualification, preferably a degree or diploma.   Why Apply?
