The Role:
As BIM Manager, you will be at the forefront of digital transformation, ensuring seamless integration of Building Information Modelling across projects. You will work closely with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to develop and implement BIM strategies, drive efficiency, and enhance collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of BIM processes and standards
Support project teams with BIM coordination and clash detection
Manage Common Data Environments (CDE) and digital workflows
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
Provide training and support to internal teams and stakeholders
Drive innovation in digital construction and emerging technologies
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a BIM management role within construction or civil engineering
Strong knowledge of BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.)
Familiarity with ISO 19650 and other industry standards
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
