Job Description
We are currently representing a well renowned Architectural practice based around the Newark area who are actively seeking a BIM Coordinator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a BIM Coordinator to join a privately owned company, with close to 90 staff, spread over three offices across the UK.
This is a rare opportunity to join a leading architecture practice with a small but accomplished BIM team to provide guidance and support to project teams in order to utilise Revit in the most effective way.
Our client has huge long-term prospects, a tremendous landbank affiliation, and 95% of their work is with reliable repeat clients.
BIM Coordinator Job Overview
Manage and deliver 3D BIM models, 2D drawings and schedules using Revit.
Set up BIM projects including Revit standards, drawings, families, and templates.
Advise project team members on best-practice workflows for projects using BIM and/or Revit.
Coordinate with the project team, external consultants, and local architects.
Collaborate on a broad range of challenging international projects. BIM Coordinator Job Requirements
Excellent knowledge of Revit
Revit modelling, model management and content creation experience
Knowledge / experience of UK BIM Standards such as BS EN ISO 19650
Knowledge of Navisworks / Solibri and clash detection experience
Ideally worked at an architecture / design practice in a similar role BIM Coordinator Salary & Benefits
Salary Expectations: £28,000 to £35,000 DOE
Summer Bonus - not written into any contract, but every year for the past twelve years, all members of staff have received a bonus
