Role: Bid Manager Location: Oxfordshire ( 2 days from office other days home office ) Salary : £50k,£70k ,Car or Car allowance , 26 days holiday plus bank holidays ,pension and a number of other benefits Superb opportunity for a Bid Manager with experience from either Construction , FM ( Facilities Management ) or other related Construction Service Services, Highways , Maintenance etc The Role: My client are a growing business and are going from strength to strength working on projects across the Oxfordshire region. The role requires an individual who has team leadership as there will be 2 junior bid managers supporting the Bid Manager. You will be reporting into the Director and responsible across all services my client are involved in. Staying close to the business delivery team and tenders and Liaise with the commercial team Accountable for strategic direction on bids and marketing of the business The Ideal Candidate: Will have a background from Service Related Industries such as Construction , FM , Civils , Highways , Industrial Services Excellent communication skills A positive outlook and desire to be involved with a growing business DMA recruit and source candidates into Service Led Organisations across the Industrial and Commercial space in UK & Europe working with senior, middle management and entry level professionals .
