Bids Coordinator Birmingham | £26,000-£36,000 | Hybrid - 2/3 days p/w in the office An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bids Coordinator to join a dynamic and growing marketing and business development team in the professional services sector. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in bids and tenders, providing essential operational and administrative support while developing the skills to progress into a bid project management role. 🔹 The Role: The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the bid and tender process, ensuring proposals are delivered on time and to a high standard. This role involves tracking opportunities, managing documents, coordinating deadlines, and supporting bid submissions, with a view to growing into a more strategic bid management position over time. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: ✔️ Provide operational and administrative support for bids and tenders ✔️ Track and monitor tender portals for new opportunities ✔️ Maintain bid templates, credentials, case studies, and other supporting materials ✔️ Assist with drafting, editing, and proofreading bid content ✔️ Coordinate bid timelines, ensuring all submissions meet deadlines ✔️ Work closely with senior bid professionals to develop winning proposals ✔️ Support post-bid analysis and reporting 🔹 The Ideal Candidate: ✅ Experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within bids, marketing, or business development ✅ Strong organisation and attention to detail ✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills ✅ Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure ✅ Ambitious and eager to grow into a project management role within bids and tenders This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to gain hands-on experience in bids and business development, with clear progression opportunities to take on more responsibility.
