We are seeking a driven Bid Co-ordinator to join my clients successful and busy bid department, offices based Central London.
Working closely with the Bid Manager and the team, the position will be key to providing a professional and efficient service through supporting end to end process of Bids and Tenders, coordinating activities by liaising with other key stakeholders within the business.
The candidate will have a collaborative approach and will require a high standard of communication and writing skills.
• The primary responsibility will be to co-ordinate the quality element of bids, working in partnership with the Bid Manager.
• They will also be expected to liaise with the Estimator, co-ordinating enquiries as necessary.
• Record information for internal and external reporting, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Support Bid Manager/s on all open opportunities: following up on portals, updating records and reporting accordingly.
• Own, monitor and action team inbox.
• Follow up and ensure actions are completed.
• Coordinate input and activity from a variety of stakeholders; typically, from sales, solutioning, product teams and commercials through high level of accuracy.
Skills required: -
• Bid Coordinator or similar roles in last 2-3 years
• InDesign
• Microsoft packages
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal

• 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm
• 4.00pm finish on Friday
