Due to expansion our client a UK wide construction business is looking for a Bid/PreConstruction Administrator to join their East London based team on a permanent basis to support the wider PreConstruction department. Training for their specific specialism and bid coordination is offered, though if having an understanding of PreConstruction from a Bid support/Document Control background would be advantageous. The interview process is set to start asap with the hope of someone starting with them in February.
Key Responsibilities:
* To support the PreConstruction team with the administration of tenders, PQQ completion and tender document control
* Producing presentations, tender documents and reports
* Ensuring that the tender library is kept up to date and information filed correctly
* Offering general administrative support to the team by way of recording meeting actions, diary management and monitoring inboxes
Qualifications/Skills:
* Experience of working within a bid/tender/document control support capacity within the construction sector would be a distinct advantage
* Excellent organisational skills, an eye for detail and used to working to strict deadlines
