📍 Location: Ramsgate, Kent
💰 Salary: £25000 - (phone number removed) p/a
🕒 Job Type: Permanent - Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (no evenings, no weekends!)

As a Beneficiary Engagement Specialist, you will play a key role in connecting individuals with inheritances they may not have even known about. You will inform potential beneficiaries about their entitlement to an estate, explain the intestacy process, and guide them through the necessary agreements.
This is a unique, fulfilling role where you will combine excellent communication skills with emotional intelligence, helping people navigate an important moment in their lives.
What You'll Be Doing:
Engage with potential beneficiaries via outbound calls, delivering life-changing news with sensitivity and clarity.
Explain the intestacy process in a way that is easy to understand, answering any questions or concerns.
Build trust and rapport while guiding clients through the necessary agreements.
Follow up on sent contracts, ensuring they are signed and returned for processing.
Work within a structured system, using our bespoke Salesforce CRM to track progress and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with a supportive team, working together to meet company goals and deliver an exceptional client experience.Who We're Looking For:
