The Role
We are seeking an experienced Bench Joiner / Cabinet Maker to join our expert team. You will be responsible for producing custom furniture, cabinetry, and bespoke joinery to the highest standards, working from detailed technical drawings and collaborating with designers and project managers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manufacture and assemble bespoke furniture and joinery with precision and care
* Work confidently from technical drawings to produce high-quality pieces
* Operate traditional and modern woodworking machinery safely and efficiently
* Ensure exceptional finishing standards with a keen eye for detail
* Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and maintain quality control
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Bench Joiner / Cabinet Maker in bespoke joinery or furniture
* Knowledge of solid timber and veneered panel work
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and cutting lists
* Skilled in using a range of hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing top-tier craftsmanship
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A proactive and professional approach to problem-solving
