About the Behavioural Improvement Manager Role:

Key Responsibilities of a Behavioural Improvement Manager:
Develop and implement behavioural improvement programmes tailored to organisational needs.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
Provide training and support to staff, fostering understanding and consistency in behaviour management practices.

The ideal Behavioural Improvement Manager candidate will have:
A degree in psychology, education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in behaviour management, ideally within an educational or organisational setting.
