We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Behavioural Improvement Manager to join our team in St Albans. About the Behavioural Improvement Manager Role: As a Behavioural Improvement Manager, you will lead initiatives aimed at improving behaviours across our organisation, ensuring a harmonious and productive environment for all. You will collaborate with stakeholders, implement effective strategies, and provide expert guidance to support individuals and teams in achieving their best potential. Key Responsibilities of a Behavioural Improvement Manager: Develop and implement behavioural improvement programmes tailored to organisational needs. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, making data-driven adjustments as necessary. Provide training and support to staff, fostering understanding and consistency in behaviour management practices. Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring open communication and a unified approach to behavioural improvement. Keep up-to-date with best practices and emerging trends in behaviour management and psychology.About You: The ideal Behavioural Improvement Manager candidate will have: A degree in psychology, education, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in behaviour management, ideally within an educational or organisational setting. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and influence others. A proactive and solution-focused mindset, with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
