Behaviour Mentor - £85 - £110 per day (dependent on experience) – Bromley – SEMH School – ASAP start * Behaviour Mentor required in Bromley * Behaviour Mentor required to start ASAP * Behaviour Mentor required in a SEMH School * Must have experience Can you commute to the London borough of Bromley? Are you an experienced Behaviour Mentor looking for a new role? Do you have experience working with challenging behaviour? If you answered yes to the above, this Behaviour Mentor role is for you! The role – Behaviour Mentor I am working with a SEMH school based in Bromley that are looking to appoint a Behaviour Mentor to join their team! To be considered for this role you must be an approachable, enthusiastic and confident person with the ability to build strong relationships with students and staff. In this Behaviour Mentor role, you will be working outside of lessons with students, de – escalating challenging behaviour using behaviour techniques. As a Behaviour Mentor you will be required to work one – to – one with KS2 & KS4 students and will be working alongside other behaviour Mentors in the school. The school – SEMH This SEMH school is based in Bromley and caters for students aged 11 – 16 years old. The school’s focus is on developing core skills of literacy and numeracy, whilst offering a broad range of other curriculum areas to provide real interest for their pupils. They have been awarded an overall effectiveness grade of Good with Leadership and Management being graded as Outstanding by Ofsted. The school has great transport links, and many local bus routes.
