Behaviour Mentor - £95 - £110 per day (dependent on experience) – SEMH School – ASAP start – Bromley * Behaviour Mentor required in Bromley * Behaviour Mentor required in a SEMH school * Behaviour Mentor required to start ASAP * Must have experience working with challenging behaviour Are you immediately available for a long – term full – time role? Can you commute to the London borough of Bromley? Do you have experience working with challenging behaviour? If you answered yes to the above, this Behaviour Mentor role is for you! The role – Behaviour Mentor I am working with a SEMH school in Bromley that are looking for a new Behaviour Mentor to join their team! For this role you will be working 1:1 with students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health and you must build strong rapport with them while creating and warm & nurturing environment. In this role you will be working with KS2 & KS3 students in and out of the class and must focus on integrating them back into the lesson after managing their behaviour. For this Behaviour Mentor role you must be an approachable, confident and efficient person with experience of working with challenging behaviour. The school – SEMH This SEMH school is based in Bromley and caters for students aged 11 – 16 years old. The school’s focus is on developing core skills of literacy and numeracy, whilst offering a broad range of other curriculum areas to provide real interest for their pupils. They have been awarded an overall effectiveness grade of Good with Leadership and Management being graded as Outstanding by Ofsted. The school has great transport links, and many local bus routes.
