Can you confidently support students 1:1 and in small groups? Do you have a strong understanding of students who have challenging behaviour? If so, read on! About the role – Behaviour mentor I am currently working with this secondary school based in Newham who are currently looking for a Behaviour mentor to run small group interventions to support students who require additional support. The school have specifically asked for a Behaviour mentor who can support students with challenging behaviour, who have come from vulnerable backgrounds They are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can also work on a 1:1 basis to support students that lack confidence. About the school – Behaviour mentor This secondary school based in the London borough of Newham cater to students aged 11 to 16 with a small number of students enrolled.
