Behaviour Mentor - Croydon - £90 - £110 per day (dependent on experience) – SEMH school – ASAP * Behaviour Mentor required in Croydon * Behaviour Mentor required to start ASAP * Behaviour Mentor required in a SEMH School * Must have experience Can you commute to the London borough of Croydon? Are you an experienced Behaviour Mentor looking for a new role? Are you immediately available for a full – time long – term role? If you answered yes to the above, this Behaviour Mentor role is for you! The role – Behaviour Mentor I am working with a SEMH school based in Croydon that are looking to appoint a new Behaviour Mentor to join their team! In this role you will be working with students across key stage 3 & 4, and you must be an approachable, efficient and confident person with the ability to build relationships with students. As a Behaviour Mentor you will be working 1:1 with students with challenging behaviour and must manage their behaviour out of class. You will be liaising with other behaviour mentors at the school and working closely with the behaviour lead. To be considered for this role you must have experience working with challenging behaviour and have an Enhanced DBS. The school – SEMH This SEMH school is based in Croydon and caters for students aged 11 – 16 years old. They have been awarded an overall effectiveness grade of Good with Leadership and Management being graded as Outstanding by Ofsted. The school’s purpose is to act in the best interest of the students and the school community by delivering quality education, pastoral and specialist support for students identified as having SEMH.
