The role – Behaviour Mentor
I am working with a SEMH school based in Wandsworth that are looking for a new Behaviour Mentor to join their team! In this role you will be working with key stage 3 students out of class and must have strong behaviour management skills, you must be an approachable, enthusiastic and efficient person with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and students. As a Behaviour Mentor you must use de-escalation techniques to manage students’ behaviour and have experience working with social emotional mental health needs. To be considered for this role you must be immediately available for a long – term full – time role and have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.

The school is a SEMH school that caters to students aged 5 – 11 years old, it’s most recent Ofsted rating as Good. The school aims to take care of the mental, physical and emotional health of their students and is committed to creating an inclusive environment, where students are treated with dignity and respect. The school is located closely to an underground station and has many local bus routes.
