Behaviour Mentor – Wandsworth - £85 - £110 per day (dependent on experience) – SEMH School – ASAP start

The role – Behaviour Mentor
I am working with a SEMH school based in Wandsworth that are looking for a new Behaviour Mentor to join their team! In this role you will be working with key stage 3 students out of class and must be an approachable, enthusiastic and efficient person with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and students. As a Behaviour Mentor you must use de – escalation techniques when needed and must have strong behaviour management skills, you will be required to work on a one – to – one basis and must have prevent or team teach training. To be considered for this role you must have experience working with Social Emotional Mental Health Needs and be immediately available for a full – time role.

The school is a SEMH school that caters to students aged 5 – 16 years old, it’s most recent Ofsted rating as Good. The school aims to take care of the mental, physical and emotional health of their students and is committed to creating an inclusive environment, where students are treated with dignity and respect.
