Working in a 4 star prestigious venue within Cheshire, this Bar Manager role involves working with the front of house team in supporting and delivering the beverage provision across the venue, whether this be in the main bar or function bar.
As Bar Manager, you will ensure that your team are delivering excellent service to all customers, taking accountability for standards, training and sales.
Your duties will include:
- effective rota management in line with payroll budgets and business demands
- recruitment and development of your team
- being a point of contact and a presence within the venue to support with the overall management and delivery of the venue
- managing stock control, through effective ordering and cellar management
- creating drinks and serving customers
You will need to be:
- proactive
- organised
- customer focused
- passionate about what you do
- outgoing
