Are you a passionate and experienced Bar Manager looking for an exciting opportunity in a large, high-volume hotel bar in Glasgow? We are seeking a skilled professional with cocktail expertise and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
What You’ll Do:
✔️ Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring efficiency and excellent service
✔️ Lead and develop a team of bartenders, ensuring high standards are maintained
✔️ Create and maintain an exciting cocktail menu, ensuring consistency and quality
✔️ Manage stock levels, ordering, and cost control
✔️ Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies
