Locum Band 6 Physiotherapist – Discharge Planning - £28ph- £35ph
Hunter AHP have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Band 6 physiotherapist to work inpatient settings of an NHS hospital to facilitate discharges.
You will work as part of a wider highly experienced multi-disciplinary therapy team which include occupational therapists, nurses and other assistants.
