Key Responsibilities:
Lead audits from planning to completion for a diverse range of clients, including SMEs, large corporates, and non-profits.

Supervise and mentor junior auditors, fostering their development and ensuring high-quality work.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance audit efficiency and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with Partners and Managers on strategic initiatives and business development opportunities.
Stay updated on the latest industry standards and regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices.

ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent, with proven experience in audit within an accountancy practice.
Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting.
