South West, Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours, up to £55,000 DOE

A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Audit Manager to join a a Top 50+50 Accountancy Practice thriving across the South West, you will be required to hit the ground running and excel at the duties below:
Manage and lead audit engagements for clients
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Develop and implement audit plans and strategies
Review and analyse financial statements and reports
Assess internal controls and identify areas for improvement
Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients
Supervise and mentor audit staff
Are you a qualified and experienced Audit Manager with the following?
Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
Proven experience in audit within the banking and finance sector
Strong knowledge of auditing standards and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in financial analysis and reporting
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
To achieve a higher salary you will need to demonstrate your ability to meet the key criteria of the role by past experience and during the interview process.
