Job Description
DNA is recruiting on behalf of a leading UK provider of private hearing healthcare. We’re seeking a HCPC-qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser / Audiologist for nationwide field and branch-based roles.
Salary & Benefits
* £37,618 basic salary + High OTE
* Car allowance starting at £5,328 per year or company car
* Uncapped commission, plus quarterly and annual bonuses

Role Overview
* 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (flexible hours as needed)
* Support from a designated diary coordinator and management team
* Permanent contract with opportunities for growth and development
Responsibilities
* Conduct hearing assessments and provide appropriate solutions
* Maintain accurate customer records and audiograms
* Provide exceptional after-sales service
* Stay up to date with HCPC CPD requirements
Requirements
* HCPC-qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser (or pre-registered)
* Current HCPC registration and BSHAA membership
* Full UK driving licence
* IT and audiometry skills
* Eligibility to work in the UK/EU
