Audio Visual Technician Location: Reading Salary: £40,000 - £47,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time Benefits: 25 days annual leave, career development opportunities   About the Role We’re seeking an experienced AV Technician to join a leading facilities maintenance provider, supporting a state-of-the-art commercial office building in the Reading area. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a professional, high-end environment, utilizing and developing your expertise in audio visual systems.   Key Responsibilities: Providing technical support for AV equipment and systems within the facility. Setting up, operating, and troubleshooting AV systems for presentations, meetings, and events. Performing routine maintenance, updates, and testing of AV systems to ensure reliability. Responding to and resolving AV-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions. Liaising with clients, facility users, and the wider maintenance team to deliver exceptional service. Ensuring compliance with all health and safety guidelines.   What We’re Looking For: A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an AV Technician role. Strong technical knowledge of AV systems, equipment, and software. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
