Job Description

Role Overview: proAV are a leading global audio visual integrator, providing AV and event services across multiple client partnerships globally. Our immediate requirement is for an experienced Project Manager to be a key part of our German team, representing proAV, taking full responsibility for the timely implementation of high-quality UC and media technology Audio Visual projects within budget. They form the interface between the planning and sales team as well as the customer and subcontractors. Furthermore, they actively support our sales team in holistic customer care. This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional, experienced Project Manager to join an established operation with scope to drive and enhance the service at every opportunity. Experience and seniority of the position will be reflected by the remuneration and benefits package. Key Responsibilities: * Comprehensive implementation of high-quality Audio Visual, media and UC system integration projects within the specified time and budget framework, including project and team management on site at our customer's. * Communication with planning and sales team. * Communication with customers and subcontractors. * Supporting the sales team in advising customers and finding budgets for comprehensive customer care. Desirable skills: * Several years of professional experience in the relevant area of Audio Visual and UC. * Willingness to travel nationally and internationally. * Excellent organizational and communication skills. * Basic understanding of media technology. * Fluency in written and spoken German and English. * A completed vocational training or a degree in the commercial or technical field is advantageous - but not a prerequisite for appropriate professional experience. * Knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD is advantageous. * Willingness to learn and improve. * Communicative, good mood and a positive attitude. * Ongoing status reporting and deadline management of ongoing projects.
