Associate Fire Engineer - Lead and Inspire in a Dynamic Consultancy An award-winning Fire Consultancy is seeking a passionate and experienced Associate Fire Engineer to join their close-knit London-based team. This is an exceptional opportunity to take a leadership role in a consultancy renowned for its industry excellence. The Associate Fire Engineer's Role As an Associate Fire Engineer, you will mentor and supervise a talented team of Fire Engineers while contributing to the growth and expansion of the Fire Safety division. This role offers the opportunity to lead innovative projects across both the commercial and residential sectors. Key Responsibilities: Conduct fire risk assessments Perform FRAEWs and conduct both intrusive and non-intrusive surveys Peer review fire safety projects to ensure high standards Build and maintain excellent client relationships Provide line management support, mentoring junior and graduate engineers The Ideal Associate Fire Engineer Will Have A minimum of 4 years' experience in Fire Engineering An MEng or MSc in Engineering Chartered Engineer status or progress toward Chartership Familiarity with PAS9980:2022 and EWS1 forms Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain key client relationships In Return Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 25 days holiday, plus your birthday off Flexible working arrangements with only 2 days in the office 5% pension contribution Clear pathway to Chartership Regular social eventsIf you're an Associate Fire Engineer ready to lead and inspire within a forward-thinking consultancy, contact Lauryn Simpson.
