Day to Day
Strategically manage and lead the Health & Safety function.
Motivate and develop the department to achieve performance goals.
Implement a hands-on culture emphasizing meticulous service delivery.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Utilize technology to optimize efficiency and cost savings.
Report on departmental metrics and address issues promptly.
Foster internal and external stakeholder relationships.
Own the budget and drive commercial success through resource optimization.
YOU?
Minimum qualification of CMIOSH or equivalent.
Proven track record in delivering exceptional H&S standards.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Ability to influence at all organizational levels.
