As the Assistant to the Operations Director, you will help streamline operations and support key projects. You'll manage daily administrative tasks, coordinate communications, assist with project planning, and identify ways to improve processes. You will also handle document management and provide logistical support to help achieve operational goals. The ideal candidate has experience in an administrative role supporting senior management. Strong organisation, multitasking, and communication skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is preferred. A proactive mindset, problem-solving ability, and independence are key. An interest in sustainability is a plus but not required.
