Job Description
TEXO Recruitment are sourcing for an Assistant Site Manager to join our client’s team. Based in Elgin and Nairn you will assist the Site Manager in managing the development of the site through to completion, ensuring that Programme, Quality and Cost targets are achieved in accordance with the build programme, through the effective management of the Site team and subcontractors.
Qualifications
* SMSTS or SSSTS
* Experience in a similar role
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Site Manager in coordinating trades, direct labour, and materials in line with the build programme.
* Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure seamless communication and adherence to sales/build procedures.
* Deputise for the Site Manager when required.
* Ensure the site team is well-resourced, trained, and effectively managed.
* Deliver exceptional customer service in line with company standards.
