Job Description
Are you an experienced Restaurant Supervisor or an Assistant Manager with a focus on Fine Dining?
THE JOB:
Day to day running of a restaurant within one of a stunning property located in the Scottish Isles.
Ensure the set-up standards are continually monitored and maintained.
Support of the Restaurant Manager.
Delegative as well as hands-on service.
Staff training and development.
Adherence to the Food Safety as well as Health and Safety regulations.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
two or more years of proven experience in a Supervisory or Assistant Manager.
Hands on approach and ability to lead from the front.
Ability to lead by example.
High standard on personal appearance.
Ability and willingness to work split shifts.
THE PACKAGE:
35K per annum + bi-annual TRONC.
48h per week on a 5 over 7 basis, please note that you MUST be willing and comfortable working split shifts.
