What You'll Be Doing:
Support the Store Manager in all aspects of retail management and operations
Lead by example, delivering customer service excellence and motivating your team to do the same
Take ownership of sales leadership, KPIs, and in-store performance
Deliver inspiring visual merchandising and stock presentation
Play an active role in recruitment & training, helping develop a knowledgeable and confident team
Assist with scheduling, P&L responsibility, and driving profitability
Foster a supportive team culture built on coaching and trust
What We're Looking For:
Previous retail management or supervisory experience
Strong background in team management, leadership, and staff development
Commercially focused with experience in sales leadership and KPI achievement
Great communicator with a hands-on, energetic approach
A passion for fashion retail, visual merchandising, and creating memorable customer experiences
Experience in recruitment & training and supporting wider business goals
A proactive mindset and confidence in taking on P&L responsibility when required
