Assistant Food and Beverage Manager
Salary: £32-£35k
Hours per week: 48 plus
Reporting to the F & B Manager and supporting day to day running of the business,
Key Responsibilities:
* Overall management of food and beverage operations
* Hands on attitude in delivering the highest standard of customer service to our guests.
* Team leadership and staff development
* Budget management and cost control
* Maintaining high service standards
* Menu planning and pricing strategy
* Stock control and supplier relationships
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
* Revenue optimization and financial reporting
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience in F&B management
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Financial acumen and budgeting experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
