Assistant Finance Business Partner

As the Assistant Finance Business Partner, you will be supporting financial operations, management reporting, and budget oversight while collaborating with key stakeholders to drive efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing accurate management accounts and financial reports.
Support budget planning and financial forecasting with departmental stakeholders.
Ensure financial records, reconciliations, and controls are maintained.
Provide financial insights and guidance to support decision-making.
Assist with audits, statutory reporting, and process improvements.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and financial efficiency.
Deliver finance training to non-financial staff as required.
Requirements:
AAT Level 3 or equivalent qualification (preferred).
Experience using financial systems and strong Excel skills
Ability to communicate financial information effectively to various stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
