Assistant Caretaker Twickenham Area
30-35 Hours per week, 1.15/2.15pm - 8.15pm Mon-Fri
We are looking for a responsible, reliable, commmitted Assistant Caretaker to look after a school site, taking over from the morning caretaker. You will start at 1.15pm or 2.15pm and manage the upkeep of the site, ensuring that the site is kept neat and tidy, clean up any litter or mess, very basic DIY, arranging meeting rooms for staff, able to oversee instruction that need to be relayed to staff, be a key holder. Securly locking door at the end of the day. good written english skills required.

Your key responsibilities will include:
* To deliver efficient and effective caretaking support to the site To ensure that cleanliness, heating, lighting and security are maintained in order to provide a safe environment for children, staff and other users of school premises whilst complying with the Contractual, Health and Safety and standards required.

* Good spoken English and basic literacy and numeracy skills
