Good Afternoon,
I am currently representing Camden Council, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 6+ months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience
We are looking for an Assignment & Sales Officer this role will be: N1C 4AG Hybrid 1/2-day office BASED.
The right candidate will:
* Process Right to Buy Applications.
* To respond to complex correspondence explaining legislation and financial information within strict timescales. Prepare RTB legal notices that are financially binding on the council.
* Prepare and issue post RTB sale legal notices that have financial or legal implications on the council
We require the following:
* Experience working within a local authority DESIRABLE.
* Previous RTB Experience.
