TEXO have a great opportunity to join our Asset Integrity team in Scotland. We're looking for an experienced Asset Integrity Manager to lead the safe and effective delivery of integrity services across key sectors, both onshore and offshore.
This leadership role is key to delivering our integrity services, including Fabric Maintenance, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), and Rope Access. You’ll oversee day to day operations, ensure safety and compliance, manage budgets, and contribute to the growth and development of our Asset Integrity division across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and manage asset integrity programs to ensure the structural and operational reliability of assets.
* Work with client risk-based inspection (RBI) strategies to identify potential asset vulnerabilities.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols (ABS, IRATA, DNV, UKAS 17020).
* Oversee the inspection, testing, and maintenance of assets, including pipelines, pressure systems and static structures.
* Manage and optimise asset life cycle strategies to maximise performance and cost efficiency.
* Collaborate with TEXO engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to develop and execute asset integrity plans.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset reliability, reduce downtime, and minimise maintenance costs for clients
* Contribute to incident investigations related to asset failures and support the development corrective and preventive action plans.
* Manage relationships with third-party vendors and regulatory bodies to ensure effective asset integrity management.
* Develop and deliver training programs to enhance team capabilities in asset integrity management.
* Budgetary management from quote initiation to close out
* Ensure a safe working environment and the highest level of safe working practices are maintained at all times across all work sites.
* Take responsibility for the health and safety of themselves and of others who may be affected by their actions at work.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, setting clear targets and expectations.
* Provide ongoing coaching and support to enhance the team’s sales capabilities and achieve business objectives.
* Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor team performance, track progress, and report on key sales outcomes.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organisations.
* Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring the company’s solutions address their unique requirements.
* Contribute to key account strategies for each client, focusing on long-term partnerships.
* Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new contracts and renew existing agreements.
Preferred Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in related area, or significant demonstrable Asset Integrity/NDT industry experience.
* Demonstrated experience in delivering in an operational environment.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve ambitious targets.
* Experience of P&L budget management.
* Familiarity with regulatory considerations and market dynamics in the Asset Integrity industry.
* Tender and bid experience
