Found Industrial are looking for Assembly Technicians to work alongside our client near West Chiltington, West Sussex. The role will include working as part of a team, following supervisor instructions and adhering to health and safety at all times. Due to the location, candidates must drive to get here.
The Role of Assembly Technician:
• Day Shift
• Full Time, Monday to Friday
• £30,000 per annum
• Due to location, this position is only suitable for individuals with own transport.
Duties of Assembly Technician:
• Prepare and clean components ready for assembly.
• Assemble products using hand tools and power tools according to specifications and drawing.
• Quality control to ensure assembled parts meet standards
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety at all times.
• Packing completed products ready for dispatch
• Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and efficiency
Requirements for Assembly Technician:
• Good level of written and verbal English required.
• Experience within electrical or mechanical assembly or manufacturing
• Comfortable using both hand and powered tools
• Qualification within electrical or mechanical engineering preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Steady hands as items can be very small
