Hourly Rate: From £13.24 per hour
About the Role:
We are seeking a Mechanical /Electrical Assembly Operative with a keen eye for detail, a problem-solving mindset, and hands-on experience in repair and fault finding. This permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for a mechanically minded individual to join a dynamic and supportive team in Swadlincote.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assemble mechanical/electrical components accurately and efficiently.
* Identify and troubleshoot faults
* Follow technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
* Ensure quality standards are met throughout the assembly/recondition process.
* Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in mechanical assembly or a similar role.
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
* Mechanically minded with excellent attention to detail.
* Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
